Surinder Mohindra Security Agency (SMSA) is the initiative of Air Commodore S. Mohindra, a retired officer of the Indian Air Force with an illustrious career spanning 35 years of dedicated service to the nation. SMSA has grown into a trusted security and manpower agency in Delhi NCR, built on that same commitment to excellence.
During his distinguished tenure, he held various prestigious appointments, including the honour of commanding three units located in Delhi and Assam — a testament to his leadership, strategic acumen, and unwavering commitment to duty.
Today, SMSA channels that military discipline into a growing single-window provider for security, facility management, and human resource solutions—delivering integrated manpower sourcing to government and private sector clients so they can focus on their core operations.
