How do I procure manpower from SMSA through GeM?

Search the Government e-Marketplace for the relevant service category (HR Outsourcing, Technical Manpower, All Categories of Office Staff, Security Manpower or Cleaning and Sanitation) and create a bid or direct order specifying posts, qualifications and wage category. SMSA is registered in all five categories.

Does SMSA provide MTS, DEO and housekeeping staff under a single contract?

Yes. Multi-Tasking Staff, data entry operators, office staff, housekeeping and security can be supplied under one agreement with one SMSA operations contact.

Are outsourced staff covered by ESI, EPF and minimum wages?

Yes. Staff are registered for ESI and EPF where eligible, receive paid leave under labour law and are paid as per the applicable minimum-wage orders. Charges are revised openly when a new wage order is issued.

How are candidates verified before placement?

We check identity, address and education documents against each application, carry out background and reference checks, and confirm the qualifications the post requires before placement.

Can you supply nursing orderlies and librarians?

Yes. Nursing orderlies are placed at IHBAS and RHTC Najafgarh, and librarians at the Archaeological Survey of India, under the Technical Manpower Service category.
