SMSA brings the non-core services of a building under one contract: housekeeping, cleaning and sanitation, pest control, pantry and catering, and administrative support staff. We organise the people, schedules and supervision so your team can concentrate on its own work.
Our housekeeping teams work at the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Naval Headquarters, the Special Protection Group, DG NCC, NIDM and the Directorate of Prosecution at Tis Hazari Court.
Cleaning & sanitation and disinfection services fall within the scope of our ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications, and Cleaning and Sanitation Service is one of our five GeM categories.

Do you provide housekeeping staff for government offices?
Yes. SMSA housekeeping teams work at ministries, defence establishments and institutes including the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Naval Headquarters, the SPG, DG NCC and NIDM.
Is Cleaning and Sanitation available on GeM from SMSA?
Yes. Cleaning and Sanitation Service is one of SMSA’s five registered Government e-Marketplace categories, so government buyers can procure housekeeping and sanitation directly through GeM.
Can housekeeping, pantry and security be covered under a single contract?
Yes. SMSA is a single-window manpower agency: housekeeping, pest control, pantry, administrative staff, security guards and HR staffing can be combined under one agreement with one operations contact.
Do you provide pest control services?
Yes. Pest control is part of our facility management scope and is scheduled alongside housekeeping so treatments do not disrupt working hours.
Are facility staff paid minimum wages with ESI and EPF?
Yes. Facility staff are registered for ESI and EPF where applicable and paid in line with the minimum wages of the State or region of operation.
