01Overview

Guarding built around your site, not a roster.

SMSA is a private security agency licensed under the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005 (licence no. PSA/L/54/DL/2021/JUN/3/423, issued by the Controlling Authority, Govt. of NCT of Delhi). Our guards have protected union ministries, the Rajya Sabha Secretariat, the Indian Navy, Shri Ram College of Commerce and public hospitals.

Every engagement starts with a workplace physical security audit. The findings set the number of posts, the mix of guards and ex-servicemen, the post orders and the equipment, so the deployment fits the risk and the budget instead of a standard headcount.

Guards are police-verified, complete two days of site-specific training before their first shift, and are paid in line with the applicable minimum-wage orders with ESI and EPF covered.

06FAQ

Questions about guarding.

Procurement teams ask these before they shortlist an agency. The Security Compliance Guide 2026 covers due diligence in depth.

Is SMSA a PSARA licensed security agency in Delhi?

Yes. SMSA holds a private security agency licence under the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005 (licence no. PSA/L/54/DL/2021/JUN/3/423), issued by the Controlling Authority, Govt. of NCT of Delhi. The licence document is published on our compliance page.

Do you provide ex-servicemen security guards?

Yes. We give preference to ex-servicemen and candidates with defence or security training. Every guard completes police verification, identity and reference checks, then two days of site-specific training before the first shift.

Can government departments hire SMSA security guards through GeM?

Yes. Security Manpower Service is one of SMSA’s five registered categories on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), so ministries and departments can procure guarding directly through the portal.

Are your guards paid minimum wages with ESI and EPF?

Yes. Every deployed guard is registered for ESI and EPF, receives paid leave under labour law and is paid in line with the applicable government minimum-wage orders. When a new wage order is issued, we revise charges openly.

Do you provide armed security guards?

Armed guarding depends on separate licensing for the guard, the weapon and the site. Share your requirement and our operations team will advise what can be deployed lawfully at your premises.

What happens if a guard does not meet the standard?

Supervisors inspect sites and review performance regularly. If service falls below the agreed standard, we take corrective action, including prompt replacement, while keeping the post covered.

Every security deployment begins with a workplace physical security audit, so the posts we propose fit your site, your risks and your budget.
