Assess the Site Before Deployment
Our team reviews access points, surveillance, working procedures and staffing at your premises. The resulting report identifies gaps and recommends practical improvements before guards are deployed.

Step 02 of 05
Experience and Credentials Checked
We select ex-servicemen and candidates with professional security training. Background checks, police verification, identity checks and references establish suitability for the assignment.

Step 03 of 05
Prepared for the First Shift
Guards complete two days of training at the deployment site. Induction covers your operating procedures, emergency response, fire safety, visitor handling and incident reporting. Uniforms are issued before the first shift.

Clear Duties and Statutory Support
Personnel arrive in uniform with the equipment the post needs. Every staff member is registered for ESI health cover and EPF, and receives paid leave under labour law. Wages follow the applicable government minimum, and when a new wage order is issued we revise charges openly.

Supervision and Corrective Action
Supervisory inspections and performance reviews help identify issues early. When service falls below the agreed standard, we take corrective action, including staff adjustment or replacement where required.

Yes. Salaries are paid as per the minimum wages applicable to the State or region of operation, with ESI and EPF coverage for eligible staff and paid leave as per labour law. Charges are revised when new government wage orders are issued.
