Security Personnel

Join SMSA's PSARA-licensed security Agency. We recruit ex-servicemen and trained security guards. We provide 2-day site-specific training at the location before deployment.

Our Process

Recruitment & Training

Guards are recruited either ex-defence or already trained. A mandatory 2-day site-specific training is conducted at the deployment location. SMSA ensures quality — if services fall below standard, staff are adjusted immediately.

Step 1: Application

Submit your application. SMSA prioritises ex-servicemen and candidates with prior defence / security training.

Step 2: Selection

Evaluation based on physical fitness, discipline, integrity, and alignment with SMSA’s core values: Accountability, Reliability, Passion & Speed.

Step 3: Training

Mandatory 2-day site-specific training at the deployment location covering SOPs, access control, emergency response, and site-specific security protocols.

Competitive Salary

Minimum salary and benefits (ESI, paid leave, PF, etc.) as per minimum wages applicable to the State or region of operation.

Statutory Benefits

Complete compliance with ESI, EPF, and other statutory requirements. Distribution of salary and benefits is our responsibility.

Paid Leave

Entitled to paid leave as per statutory requirements and company policy.
